Ceramic plant pots, vases, layered pots

Frost resistant
antiqued layered floor vase with a fish motive from the Balaton. It was made on request as a birthday present for a dedicated angler.

A ceramic gift item ordered by the town council for Saint Georges De Didonne twin town of Balatonföldvár, the plant pot was planted with red-white-green geraniums.

Ceramic layered floor vase made of white fireclay with Mexican motive, this was an exam piece.

Outdoors plant pot (frost resistant) made of German fireclay

My frost resistant outdoors ceramics are made of red fireclay (German or Spanish), they are great pieces for gardens or parks, and they can be made on individual requests. Plant pots can be your garden's individual ornament. This one is a 90 cm high pot with handles; you can plant flowers, shrubs or even grow strawberries in it.

Layered floor vase, handmade pot. It's not thrower made but on the thrower. It is formed with twisted clay bands. Its wall thickness is 1-1,5 cm. Depending on the burning temperature it may be made frost resistant .

An Outdoor plant pot can be glazed as well as decorated with ornaments such as fruits, flowers in one colour or multicoloured.
My personal favourites are the more simple designs, but I am open to suggestions regarding the decorations and the colouring.

I have been interested in fine arts since childhood. I attended the Csokonai Vitez Mihaly Secondary School in Csurgo, where I trained to be a nursery school teacher. My art teacher Monika Hirka recognized my talent there. She wanted me to go to Art College, but due to external reasons, I stayed in my original, trained profession. As a nursery school teacher, I also made drawings, salt ceramics, sculptures...Making ceramics was just a hobby for me at first but later I got my certificate with an excellent grade. I am grateful to the colleagues from Keramiapark. They introduced me to age-old, ancient ceramics making, the „raku” technique and the general basics of ceramics making.
